A little mallet rests in the upper glass part of the bell. Gently hit the side of a bell with a mallet for a continuous clearing tone. By placing the bell on a provided black cushion, you can make a more beautiful long-lasting tone. This bell is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, yet sings with pure, layered tones.
